Please note that due to hygiene and quality control purposes, we are unable to accept returns on personal care items, shampoo, food products, and pet supplements and feed. These categories are final sale, and refunds or exchanges are not available.
For all other items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
